Range of application
Measurement and correction of unbalance in disc-shaped rotors without their own shaft, in one or two planes. A shorter spindle distance and protective shroud provide faster, safer and more accurate balancing. Flexible correction units and a variety of accessories cater to many applications manual, semi or fully automatic.Design
Force-measuring, vertical balancing machine with permanent calibration and manual, semi or fully automatic operation.
Machine housing of mineral-casting, balancing unit designed as a dynamometer system with highly sensitive electro-dynamic vibration sensors, precision balancing spindle and drive motor. Control cabinet with operating controls and microprocessor-controlled measuring unit. Protective shroud according to ISO 7475.
Correction
Various correction units permit integration of mass correction in the balancing machine - at almost any correction position. Thus axial or radial correction can be controlled manually, semi or fully automatically. Various methods of material removal as well as attachment of correction weights are possible. This enables the machine to be used universally for a large variety of rotors.

CAB 700 is a compact basic instrument for all standard balancing tasks. Simple, menu-driven operation, clear display and high accuracy allow perfect balancing of rotors by less experienced operators.

CAB 803 equipped with a high-contrast TFT display and touchscreen works with the Windows 2000® operating and can provide an easy to read vector display of the unbalance.

The optional MAK mass-correction system allows measurement and correction of the unbalance in the balancing machine without unclamping – in contrast to the traditional method of unbalance measurement in the balancing machine followed by manual correction in a separate machine tool. Avoiding this practice is a clear time-advantage that simultaneously improves your manufacturing quality.

The CE-conforming layout of the new balancing machine is based in all its aspects on European safety guidelines. The integrated protective shroud takes ISO 7475 into consideration and has been constructed according to the strict safety class C600/320. For series production the protective shroud is delivered in a space-saving hinged design. For larger rotors, e.g. fans, sliding safety covers can be supplied.
